Phil is a director, choreographer, and producer currently based in the greater Seattle area. He has worked extensively as producer and over the last ten years has led Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, Leavenworth Summer Theater, and Seattle G&S as Artistic Director. He has directed and choreographed extensively in the Seattle and Chicago areas, gathering multiple Equity Jeff and Gregory Awards and nominations.
